The Great American Seafood Cook Off - Cook, Vote and Win

I like to cook in my spare time and I collect any recipes I can find. Sometimes I make an experiment to create a new recipe. My favorite dishes are chinese food and seafood. Whenever I see those two, I could not help myself to taste them so then I will know what ingredients they use and how to cook it.

When I searched some recipes online, I found an interesting website dedicated to seafood called Great American seafood cook off which has many seafood recipes from different chef. Just by looking at it, I have an urge desire to try to cook it right away after I publish this post hehehe. Usually I use local seafood for the ingredients because besides it still fresh, it is cheaper, has higher quality and easy to get. Using fresh seafood is important to make a recipe taste great and delicious
