Blog Review : Money Making Opportunities

I'm really amazed that I got a request to review another blog with the same niche. No wonder this keyword has a high bid in adword. Back to the blog, this newly born blog tries its visitors about how to earn money from clicking ads (in other words a GPT's review) The blog as a clean layout, ads free and is using the original blogger's template. The only banners available are from the PTC's site with affiliate link.

I was just wondering whether this blogger tried to make a PTC's review or just want to post the banner. If the blog purpose is to review the sites then it's failed to do so. I wonder what the quality this blogger mentioned means. What's the different between PTC with quality B and PTC with quality C ?? Is it about the payment ?? The ads ?? The loading ?? The navigation ??
If you want to get some referrals, try to give as many infos as you can and don't forget to be honest, because a loyal referral will follow and accept whatever offer you have. Just my two cents.
